Salvatore Latronico, CEO of Openwork, has been confirmed for a second consecutive three-year term at the helm of the Apulian Informatics Manufacturing District.
Appointing and confirming him was the newly installed District committee represented by Donato Giovannelli (CompuGroup Medical Italia), Vittorio Grassi (Sidea group), Vittorio Grassi (Sidea group), Euclide Della Vista (Mediafarm), Giancarlo Negro (Links Management and Technology), Vincenzo Fiore (Auriga, also vice president), Antonio Galeone (Sincon), Gianpaolo Chiarella (Teseo.it), and past president Gianni Sebastiano (Exprivia).
They will also be joined by Luca Mainetti, Tommaso Di Noia and Danilo Caivano (Vice President) from Università del Salento, Politecnico di Bari and Università degli Studi di Bari, respectively. Representing the employers' associations will be Stefano D'Ascoli (Eusoft), while for the trade unions Francesco Di Ridolfo of Cisl.
The President's task will be to strengthen the District's digital identity and to implement the Regional District Law itself, with a focus geared toward issues involving security, digital health and finally technology applied to finance.
