Competence Centers are technology districts that aim to transfer the knowledge needed to foster digital innovation to SMEs.
To achieve this goal, the Competence Centers leverage collaboration between ICT companies and universities, focusing on training and developing young graduates with research and innovation projects. After appropriate training, these professionals will acquire the digital knowledge and needed to support Italian companies, both private and public, in their transition to digital transformation.
Openwork's collaboration on training projects generates professionals capable of entering the labor market and bridging the digital knowledge gap in SMEs, conveying to businesses the importance of digital innovation for improving productivity , in order to make Italian industry flexible to market changes and to the levels of other European countries.
Openwork collaborates with the Polytechnic University of Bari and the University of Turin , with the aim of promoting the growth and expertise of IT professionals, focusing on the process-based approach ( Business Process Management) with the help of the opportunities offered by the no-code approach to software application development.
