The Specific Conditions come into effect upon activation of the PEC Manager Service and end upon the expiration or termination of the Contract to which they refer. allows the sending/receiving of messages from a maximum number of PEC mailboxes , as indicated in the Activation Request and which can also be activated separately with an additional Activation Request ;
5.2. Monthly threshold. To verify whether the monthly threshold has been exceeded, the number of messages sent/received in a month is calculated based on all emails sent and received, except for PEC server receipts. An identical email sent to multiple direct or known recipients is counted as a single message.
5.3. Exclusions. Openwork does not operate as a PEC Manager , therefore the Customer , to use the PEC Manager , must have one or more PEC mailboxes . The PEC mailboxes must be configured and usable on the IMAP protocol;
5.4. Monitoring. Openwork monitors using specific software and automated procedures that use an identity called Automation to detect and resolve any faults or anomalies.
For anything not provided for in the Specific Conditions, Conditions apply .
