Jamio on stage is the app that allows you to access Jamio openwork services from any mobile device.
Openwork srl, with registered office in Bari-Italy at via M. Partipilo 38, VAT number 052525207020, grants, within the limits set by the General Conditions of the Openwork software end-user license ( hereinafter for brevity Conditions ), a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Jamio On stage created and owned by Openwork srl.
Jamio openwork services are provided within the limits set by the respective general conditions of supply and are subject to the Jamio openwork services usage policies (hereinafter Usage Policy ).
By installing Jamio on stage , you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Conditions , the Usage Policy and the Openwork Intellectual Property Policy ; you accept and subscribe to the clauses contained therein and specifically, pursuant to art. 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, articles 9.1 (Compliance), 9.6 (Identity), 11.2 (Withdrawal by Openwork), 11.6 (Exceptional Circumstances for Immediate Withdrawal), 14 (Indemnity Clause), 15 (Disclaimer of Liability), 16.2 (Limitation of Amount of Liability), 21.2 (Applicable Law), 21.6 (Assignment), 21.8 (Jurisdiction) of the Conditions and articles 8 (Possible Infringements of Third Party IP Rights), 9 (Resolution of Disputes Arising from Infringements of Third Party IP Rights), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Modifications), 12 (Applicable Law), 13 (Jurisdiction) of the Openwork Intellectual Property Policy.
You also declare that you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with current legislation on privacy and personal data processing, having read the Openwork Privacy Policy and accepting the clauses contained therein.
The installation and any use of Jamio on stage are subject to full acceptance of the Conditions , the Openwork Intellectual Property Policy and the Openwork Privacy Policy .
