OPENWORK TRADEMARK USE POLICY

1. General information

 

This document details the terms of use of the trademarks owned by Openwork srl, headquartered in Bari, Italy, at Via M. Partipilo 38,
VAT number 05252520720 (hereinafter referred to as Openwork).
Each trademark is protected by the IP rights of Openwork Srl and/or its licensors and is not licensed in any way.

 

2. Definitions

For all definitions, please refer to art. 2 of the Conditions .

 

3. Registered trademarks

 

The trademarks listed below are European Union trademarks registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
These trademarks must be used, in graphic or textual form, with exact respect for colors, proportions, and wording.

4. Partnership Brands

 

These are trademarks in graphic form granted to Partners.
They must be used exclusively for the purposes indicated and with exact respect for colors, proportions, and wording.

 

Exclusive and unambiguous graphic representation of the partnership between Openwork and its Reseller. The Partner may use the trademark on its tools for marketing and communication purposes.

Exclusive and unique graphic representation of the fact that a product/service created by the Partner and sold under its own brand uses the Services' APIs. The Partner may use the brand on all tools identifying the product/service (marketing and communication tools, technical materials, product graphic interfaces).
