• Managing a recruiting process that involves collecting CVs from a wide range of candidates using predefined questionnaires, as well as documents. The collection is open to everyone. They are all unknown users, external to a management system, and remain so until the subsequent hiring process is initiated for just a few of them. This allows for pre-populated candidate profiles, which can then be used for hiring activities such as managing interview invitations, a job offer letter, or sending a contract.
