SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF JAMIO PLUG

1. General information

This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Conditions") is an integral part of the Contract finalized between Openwork and the Customer in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 4 of the General Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevity Conditions" , published at http://www.jamio.com/condizioni-generali-fornitura-servizi ). The Specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract .

2. Definitions

For all definitions, please refer to art. 2 of the Conditions .

3. Object and purpose of the document

The aim of the Specific Conditions is to define the supply conditions, in addition to or in derogation from the Conditions , of all Jamio Plugs , which add to the Jamio openwork Paas accessory functions provided by external services and linked to specific uses or application domains.

4. Service features

For the features of the service and the methods of supplying the Jamio Plugs , please consult the supply conditions of the respective suppliers here .

5. Miscellaneous

For anything not provided for in the Specific Conditions, Conditions apply .
