SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE JAMIO OPENWORK BUSINESS CONSOLE SERVICE

1. General information


This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Conditions") is an integral part of the Contract finalized between Openwork and the Customer in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 4 of the General Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevity Conditions" , published at http://www.jamio.com/condizioni-generali-fornitura-servizi ). The Specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract .

2. Definitions


For all other definitions, please refer to art. 2 of the Conditions .

3. Object and purpose of the document


The purpose of the Specific Conditions is to define the conditions, in addition to or in derogation from the Conditions, for the provision of the Jamio openwork Business Console service which allows the representation of the data provided by the Jamio openwork Platform As A Service within a Business Intelligence dashboard created and delivered, within the platform, with QlikView™ technology.

4. Effective date and term


The Specific Conditions come into effect upon activation of the Jamio openwork Business Console service and end upon the expiration or termination of the Agreement to which they refer. Openwork reserves the right to modify or replace them as often as necessary during the term of the Agreement, as described in Article 27.4 of the Conditions.

5. Features of the service


5.1. SLA
Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 6 of the Conditions, the Jamio openwork Business Console service includes:
the ability to publish on the Jamio openwork cloud infrastructure and use within Jamio On Stage Web a business intelligence dashboard created with QlikView™ technology.

5.2. Restrictions:
Use of the dashboard is limited to displaying tables provided by the Jamio openwork Platform As A Service. The dashboard cannot connect directly to third-party data sources.
The dashboard must contain contiguous tables, meaning they must have at least one common column (for example, tables linked with star or snowflake schemas). Isolated tables are only permitted if they are not connected to any external data source and contain only a few records or a single column.

6. Miscellaneous


For anything not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
