What's new at Jamio 2025?

Empowering Business with a No-Code Approach:
Jamio's New Features for 2025

2025 is a year of great innovations for the Jamio openwork platform, which continues to establish itself as a reference service for the digitalization of processes with a no-code , offering increasingly advanced, high-performance and secure tools for organizations of all sizes engaged in a digital transformation

Version 4.8R2 was released on February 11, introducing, among other things, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) , a necessary feature for ensuring secure access. SMBs comply with the latest security standards by adopting the platform

Security is a key priority for the Jamio team: we maintain our QC2 with the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) in light of the new and more stringent requirements for security, processing capacity, reliability, and scalability introduced by ACN. The QC2 qualification certifies that the Jamio service is capable of processing critical data in addition to ordinary data.

Remaining on the topic of cybersecurity and compliance with the DORA and NIS/2 , to ensure that platform services are always up to date with the new security challenges they pose, a strategic partnership has been signed with Cryptonet Labs , one of the leading companies in the sector.

Furthermore, to support organizations that rely on Jamio in managing challenges related to Governance, Risk & Compliance, we are introducing specific features, from the next version 4.8R3, to facilitate the drafting of hierarchies and in particular of Action Plans .

Version 4.8R3 also introduces a new way to manage users involved in activities within processes, simplifying management for administrators and improving efficiency.

We continue our commitment to supporting the creation of email management solutions ( E-mail Management System ), with particular attention to the management of Certified Electronic Mail ( PEC ), which is expected to become European under the name Registered Electronic Mail ( REM ) in 2025. The Jamio team has already updated its PEC management services to the new standard, with release expected later this year and in line with the evolution of the European scenario.

new version of Jamio Web App , the web application for end users, will be released in 2025. Angular it will offer all Jamio users a simpler, more powerful, usable, faster experience that complies with accessibility standards, and will include the ability to create dashboards for customized data visualization and integrate Microsoft Power BI .

modeling forms and catalogs will be made available

At the infrastructure level, 2025 will see the completion of containerization with technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift , which are essential for improving resilience and ensuring hyperscaling , thus meeting the increasingly complex needs of large organizations.

And finally in 2025 Jamio starts its journey to become an AI Platform : designing solutions with the support of LLM , enlisting agents in processes, AI for querying the database.

Jamio Openwork Business Case

Amada & Openwork: A Synergy for Innovation and Operational Efficiency

Amada and Openwork business process collaboration

AMADA Italia has reached an exciting milestone with the introduction of Jamio .

This strategic choice marks a crucial turning point in order management, revolutionizing the Order to Cash (O2C) flow and laying the foundations for a new era of efficiency and collaboration between various company departments.

Why was a change necessary?

AMADA 's order management processes were based on fragmented methods, such as Excel files and constant email exchanges. This approach generated complexity, delays, and sometimes avoidable errors, necessitating structural intervention to optimize operations and improve service quality.
Aiming to simplify and standardize processes, AMADA decided to partner with Openwork and adopt Jamio , a flexible and customizable platform. This project not only computerized existing processes, but also profoundly improved them, increasing transparency and efficiency.

A custom-designed system

The collaboration between the AMADA and Openwork has allowed us to build a system perfectly tailored to the company's needs. Here are some of the most popular features:

• Checklist Automation: Each stage of the O2C process is supported by a configurable task list that ensures key tasks are completed.

• Intelligent deadline management: The system sends automatic notifications to anticipate important deadlines, improving time management and reducing the risk of delays.

• Intuitive dashboards: Thanks to a graphical view of the status of orders, easily created with Business Intelligence tools, it is possible to monitor progress in real time and quickly identify critical issues.

A success already tangible

Just a few months after implementation, the benefits of the Jamio system are evident . Among the most significant results are:

• Error Reduction: Automation has significantly reduced human errors, increasing data accuracy and reliability.

• Operational efficiency: Order management times have been significantly reduced, allowing for better coordination among operational users. Thanks to a centralized and automated system, it was possible to eliminate many difficulties related to the constant search for information essential for the delivery of the machines sold. This has fostered greater peace of mind among the teams involved, reducing operational stress and improving the overall quality of work.

The next step: Trade-IN

A strategic area that represents the future of the system's evolution is the management of the Trade-IN process. This flow, which involves the collection and reconditioning of used machines, has already been analyzed and structured, but has not yet been fully implemented in the Jamio .

The goal is to create an equally streamlined and effective system that allows for easy management of the documentation and operational details related to the collection of used machines. Once activated, the Trade-IN will offer concrete advantages, such as:

• Complete traceability: All information relating to used machines will be centralized, from collecting photos and certifications to verifying their suitability.

• Simplified processes: Thanks to the ability to automate certain activities, a reduction in time and an improvement in the quality of operations are expected.
This represents the next big step for AMADA and demonstrates the company's desire to continue innovating and improving.

Security and scalability: the pillars of the project

During the system's development and implementation, great attention was paid to data security . Each user accesses the platform via secure authentication, ensuring the protection of sensitive information. Furthermore, the cloud hosting option ensures high scalability and ongoing maintenance without operational disruptions.

Towards an increasingly digital future

The collaboration between AMADA and OPENWORK represents much more than a simple technology project. It has sparked a cultural shift within the company, promoting the adoption of innovative tools to address market challenges.
With the flexibility offered by the Jamio , AMADA is ready to quickly respond to new industry needs and further expand its capabilities. Projects already in the planning stages with Openwork's partners include the introduction of an advanced document retention system and the implementation of an internal ticketing , both designed to further improve operational efficiency and business management .

Conclusions

AMADA's adoption of Jamio is much more than a simple technology investment: it represents a strategic choice that is transforming the way we operate. The platform has not only allowed us to optimize processes and improve coordination between departments , but it has also laid the foundation to confidently address new challenges and opportunities.

The ability to request changes and enhancements, which are implemented quickly, has allowed us to better rethink our operations; aspects of our operational flows that seemed important have been scaled back, in favor of others that had been somewhat underestimated. This has led us to improve the perception of our operations, helping us to change long-standing behaviors that would otherwise have been difficult to consider.

Looking to the future, the introduction of the Trade-IN and other projects already under development will allow us to further expand the platform's functionality. These innovations, combined with our ongoing commitment to excellence, consolidate AMADA's role as an industry leader, always focused on improving service and creating sustainable value for its customers.
