SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE DATA EXPORT SERVICE

1. General information

This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Conditions") is an integral part of the Contract finalized between Openwork and the Customer in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 4 of the General Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevity Conditions" , published at http://www.jamio.com/condizioni-generali-fornitura-servizi ). The Specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract .

2. Definitions

For all definitions, please refer to art. 2 of the Conditions .

3. Object and purpose of the document

The purpose of the Specific Conditions is to define the conditions, additional to or in derogation from the Conditions, for the provision of the Jamio Openwork Data Export service (hereinafter Data Export Service) thanks to which the User can request the export of the Archived Data.

4. Effective date and term

The Specific Conditions enter into force upon activation of the Data Export Service and expire upon provision of the Data Export Service. Openwork reserves the right to modify or replace them as often as necessary during the term of the Contract, in accordance with the procedures described in Article 27.4 of the Conditions.

5. Features of the service

5.1. SLA. Subject to the provisions of Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions, the Data Export Service provides:
the ability to export Archived Data weekly or monthly (depending on the type of Data Export Service purchased) with the exception of Service configuration data;
structured data is exported in one or more XML files, the files are exported in their native format;
exported data is made available for download within a timeframe dependent on the quantity of Archived Data;
exported data is available for download for one week from notification of availability.

6. Miscellaneous

For anything not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
