RETENTION POLICY

1. General information

To ensure the efficiency of the Services, some information is not retained beyond a certain time limit. The types of information deleted and the retention periods, which together constitute the Retention Policy , are described in this document.

2. Process instances

Information about archived process instances is deleted after 30 days. The deleted information is runtime information that is not directly accessible to the end user . All similar information about subprocesses is also deleted. After deletion, the process instance no longer appears among the archived process instances. 

3. Notifications

Notifications are deleted after 30 days. Notifications do not constitute business information and are sent to the End User solely to inform them of something happening.
