A new AperiJamio event took place on Thursday, February 12th , Openwork 's initiative designed to create an informal space for meeting, discussion, and sharing among members of the Jamio openwork team.
A time away from the daily grind, dedicated to relaxation, laughter, and connections, where conviviality and conversation have always fostered a relaxed and participatory atmosphere. Thus,AperiJamio proves to be a valuable opportunity to strengthen the sense of teamwork and enhance human capital.
These initiatives represent a concrete step forward in Openwork: to promote a people-centered work environment, encouraging collaboration, inclusion, and sharing even outside of formal settings. A coherent expression of the company culture and its focus on people's well-being.
