This is the scenario presented by IDC regarding investments in Artificial Intelligence and which foresees, among other things, further growth at a global level that will reach 77.6 billion dollars within the next 3 years.
Various sectors are involved in this evolution: from banking to retail to healthcare, and it is especially in the latter sector that important progress is being made with improvements in patient care disease diagnosis and treatment systems research .
Specifically, according to the global survey conducted by IDC, cognitive services have already brought improvements in workforce productivity decision-making processes , with increases of 20% and 17% respectively.
The exponential growth of investments in Artificial Intelligence signals how the shift toward AI is destined not only to continue and expand in the coming years, but above all to create new consumer-focused business models , as well as having a positive impact on organizations' operational and decision-making processes.
