was held on May 25th Jamio Community Day 2026, the annual event dedicated to the Jamio openwork community and all those who work every day to make organizations more efficient, integrated, and innovative. A day of discussion and insight hosted at Copernico Milano and organized with the support of DWIT, partner and main sponsor of the event.

The work was led by Martin Arborea (Sales and Marketing Director Openwork) and Francesca Lopa (Business Operations Director DWIT), who accompanied speakers and participants on a journey through concrete experiences, market analyses and perspectives on the future of process digitalisation.

The 2026 edition focused on a concrete question: how are business processes evolving and what are the elements that allow organizations to successfully face change?

Starting from this reflection, the first discussion gave voice to managers and professionals who shared firsthand experiences of organizational transformation and process innovation.

Cloud, digital sovereignty, and no-code: where the market is headed

A second in-depth moment was dedicated to the trends that are redefining the technological landscape.

Stefano Mainetti, Scientific Director of the Cloud Ecosystem & Sovereignty Observatory at the Polytechnic University of Milan, offered an updated interpretation of the market's evolution, highlighting the increasingly central role of the cloud, the issue of digital sovereignty, and the impact of no-code platforms in making innovation more accessible and faster to implement.

The presentation provided participants with a clear vision of the trends that will guide organizations' technology choices in the coming years.

Jamio's future: between processes and AI

The closing of the event was entrusted to Salvatore Latronico, CEO of Openwork, who previewed roadmap and strategic vision.

The presentation showed how the platform is evolving to support organizations increasingly oriented towardsintelligent process automation, integrating the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence with the flexibility and simplicity typical of theno-code approach.
