AiSDeT Bari Congress

Digital healthcare: the Crikhet network among the best practices presented at the first national AiSDeT conference.

The Crikhet network – committed to developing innovative IT solutions for clinical e-governance, i.e. the optimization of diagnostic, therapeutic and care pathways relating to the integrated care profile – was among the protagonists of the first national congress ofAiSDeT (Italian Association of Digital Health and Telemedicine) entitled 'Equity, Universality and Sustainability of the NHS.

Openwork , the leading company of the Crikhet network , provides the project with the technology of its SaaS (Software as a Service) BPM platform 'Jamio Openwork'. Salvatore Latronico , President and Innovation Director of Openwork, also spoke at the conference on Digital Healthcare and Telemedicine held in Bari to discuss the network's results.

The event was organized by AiSDeT to examine the role of digital healthcare and telemedicine as strategic levers for ensuring access to healthcare services, appropriate care delivery, and effective patient care. The scheduled presentations and roundtable discussions analyzed various aspects of the complex digital revolution currently underway in healthcare, which must balance the need to integrate the care process with the need to share data and information useful for improving the system.

It is within this context that the Crikhet network , created within the Apulian ICT Living Labs project, is working to initiate an innovative collaboration between researchers, IT companies, organizations, and organized groups of citizens and users. This systemic innovation relies on continuous communication, made possible by the features of the Jamio openwork platform: its technology allows for the simple management of complex information provided by the numerous professionals working within the interprofessional patient care structure . Furthermore, integrated care processes are more efficient, contributing to the reduction of clinical risk and overall costs.
