The long-awaited innovation manager voucher now exists and is law, but for the moment only for SMEs.
Let's go in order: an annual voucher of 40,000 euros reimbursable up to 50 percent of the costs incurred is reserved for Small Businesses in order to acquire consulting services aimed at technological and digital transformation processes for the development of the small organization in key 4.0. The range of possibilities for using the incentives also includes projects to modernize the company's management and organizational assets, as well as interventions to access financial and capital markets.
On the other hand, as far as Medium Enterprises are concerned, the incentive threshold cannot exceed 25,000 euros, with the reimbursement rate of only 30 percent, while for companies that set up ex lege in Business Networks, the incentive rises to 80,000 euros with the reimbursement rate of 50 percent.
Starting in April 2019, SMEs will then be able to consult the Register of Innovation Managers that the Ministry of Economic Development will make available in order to be able to "select" the useful professional or company to start projects geared toward digital transformation.
Thanks to this state initiative, now several Italian companies will be able to take advantage of a key figure in the digital development of their information systems and technological infrastructures, with Innovation Managers at the center of this innovative cycle who will be responsible for identifying the best solutions for companies' needs; not an easy task by virtue of an inexhaustible amount of technologies that have spread in the last decade, particularly those oriented toward the Cloud, a hot topic as much as it is of great topicality that determines a further push toward increasingly efficient, secure and borderless collaborative approaches.
