RETENTION POLICY

1. Generalities

In order to ensure the efficiency of the Services some information is not retained beyond a certain time limit. The types of information deleted and retention times, which together constitute the Retention Policies, are described in this document.

2. Process instances.

Information about archived process instances is deleted after 30 days. Deleted information is runtime information that is not directly accessible to theEnd User. All the same subprocess information is also deleted. Following deletion, the process instance no longer appears among the archived process instances.

3. Notifications

Notifications are deleted after 30 days. Notifications do not constitute business information and are sent to theEnd User solely to inform them of something happening.
