This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Terms") is an integral part of the Contract executed between Openwork and Customer in the manner set forth in Article 4 of the Jamio openwork General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevitỳ Terms, published at http://www.jamio.com/condizioni-generali-fornitura-servizi). The specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract.
Where mentioned, the terms below shall, for the purposes of the Contract, have the meanings set out in the Jamio openwork Glossary.
The objective of the Specific Conditions is to define the conditions, additional to or in derogation of the Conditions, for the provision of the Jamio openwork Business Console service, which enables the representation of data provided by the Jamio openwork Platform As A Service within a Business Intelligence dashboard built and delivered, within the platform, using QlikView™ technology.
The Specific Terms take effect upon activation of the Jamio openwork Business Console service and terminate upon the termination or termination of the Contract to which they relate. Openwork reserves the right to modify or replace them several times during the course of the Contract in the manner described in Article 27.4 of the Conditions.
5.1. SLA .
Subject to the provisions of Article 6 of the Terms, the Jamio openwork Business Console service, provides:
the ability to publish on the Jamio openwork cloud infrastructure and use within Jamio On Stage Web a business intelligence dashboard built with QlikView™ technology.
5.2. Restrictions
Use of the dashboard is limited to the display of tables provided by the Platform As A Service Jamio openwork. The dashboard cannot connect directly to third-party data sources.
The dashboard must contain contiguous tables, i.e., tables that have at least one column in common (e.g., tables connected with star or snowflake patterns). Isolated tables are allowed only if they are not connected to any external data source and contain only a few records or a single column.
For matters not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
