SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF PROVISION OF JAMIO OPENWORK DEDICATED WEB ACCESS SERVICE

1. Generalities

This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Conditions") is an integral part of the Contract concluded between Openwork and the Customer in the manner prescribed in Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevity Conditions, published at https://www.jamio.com/en/general-conditions-for-the-provision-of-services/). The specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract.

2. Definitions

Where mentioned, the terms below shall, for the purposes of the Contract, have the meanings set out in the Jamio openwork Glossary.

3. Subject and purpose of the document

The purpose of the Specific Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions, additional to or derogating from the Terms and Conditions, for the provision of the Jamio Openwork Dedicated Web Access service (hereinafter Dedicated Web Access Service), which enables the use of the Jamio Openwork PaaS through an ad hoc web application.

4. Commencement and term

The Specific Conditions come into force as of the activation of the Dedicated Web Access Service and end with the termination or expiry of the Contract to which they refer. Openwork reserves the right to modify or replace them several times during the course of the Contract in the manner described in Article 27.4 of the Conditions.

5. SLA

Subject to the provisions of Article 6 of the Terms, the Dedicated Web Access Service
- grants access to the Jamio openwork platform through an ad hoc web application of the User and accessible at .jamio.com where is the User Identifier.
- enables authentication modes other than the built-in authentication, such as the use of Active Directory/LDAP made available by the Customer.
- enables Single Sign On over Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) infrastructure made available by the Customer.
- Enables Single Sign On through pass-through authentication of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect connector; not inclusive of user fee for Azure Active Directory

6. Various

For matters not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
