Jamio on stage is the app that provides access to Jamio openwork services from any mobile device.
Openwork srl, based in Bari-Italy at Via M. Partipilo 38, P.IVA 052525207020, grants, within the limits provided by the Openwork software end-user license general conditions of use (hereinafter Terms for brevity), a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Jamio On stage software made by Openwork srl and owned by it.
Jamio openwork services are granted to the extent provided in the respective terms and conditions and are subject to the Jamio openwork Services Usage Policy (hereinafter Usage Policy).
By installing Jamio on stage, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms, the Usage Policy and the Openwork Intellectual Property Policy; you accept and subscribe to the clauses contained therein and specifically, pursuant to Art. 1341 of the Civil Code, Articles 9.1 (Conformity), 9.6 (Identity), 11.2 (Withdrawal of Openwork),11.6 (Exceptional Circumstances of Immediate Withdrawal), 14 (Hold Harmless Clause), 15 (Disclaimer), 16.2 (Limitation of Amount of Liability), 21.2 (Applicable Law), 21.6 (Assignment), 21.8 (Jurisdiction) of the Terms and Articles 8 (Possible Infringement of IP Rights of Third Parties), 9 (Resolution of Disputes Arising from Infringement of IP Rights of Third Parties.), 10 (Release of Liability), 11 (Amendments), 12 (Applicable Law), 13 (Jurisdiction) of the Openwork Intellectual Property Policy.
It is also declared to give consent for the processing of data in accordance with current legislation on privacy and the processing of personal data, having read the Openwork Privacy Policy document and to accept the clauses contained therein.
Installation and any use of Jamio on stage are subject to full acceptance of the Terms, the Openwork Intellectual Property Policy and the Openwork Privacy Policy.
