SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF MAIL MANAGER SERVICE

1. Generalities


This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Conditions") is an integral part of the Contract concluded between Openwork and the Customer in the manner set forth in Article 4 of the Jamio openwork General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevity Conditions, published at http://www.jamio.com/condizioni-generali-fornitura-servizi). The specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract.

2. Definitions


Where mentioned, the terms below shall, for the purposes of the Contract, have the meanings set out in the Jamio openwork Glossary.

3. Subject and purpose of the document


The objective of the Specific Conditions is to define the conditions, additional to or deviating from the Conditions, for the provision of the Mail Message Reception Service (called Mail Manager), available on the Jamio Openwork Platform as A Service. The Mail Manager service, guarantees according to the terms and conditions provided in the Specific Conditions, in the Activation Request, in the Knowledge Base: monitoring of one or more Mail Boxes, notification of the arrival of new messages, downloading of messages from the Mail Box.

4. Commencement and term


The Specific Conditions come into effect from the activation of the Mail Manager Service and end with the termination or termination of the Contract to which they refer. Openwork reserves the right to modify or replace them several times during the course of the Contract in the manner described in Article 27.4 of the Conditions.

5. Features of the mail receiving service


5.1 SLA. Subject to the provisions of Article 6 of the Conditions, the Mail Manager service.

guarantees 100% message transfer from the mail server;
allows sending/receiving a maximum monthly number of messages (monthly threshold) as indicated in the Activation Request;
allows sending/receiving messages from a maximum number of Mailboxes as indicated in the Activation Request and also increasable separately with Additional Activation Request;

5.2. Monthly Threshold. For the purpose of verifying that the monthly threshold is exceeded, the number of messages sent in a month is counted on all emails sent. An identical email sent to multiple direct or in-knowledge recipients is counted as one message;

5.3 Exclusions. Openwork does not operate as a mail server provider; therefore, Customer must have one or more Mail Boxes in order to use the Mail Manager. Mail Boxes must be configured and usable on IMAP protocol;

5.4 Monitoring. Monitoring by Openwork is done through specific software and automated procedures using an identity called Automation in order to detect and resolve any failures or anomalies.

For matters not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
