SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF DATA EXPORT SERVICE

1. Generalities

This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Terms") is an integral part of the Contract executed between Openwork and Customer in the manner set forth in Article 4 of the Jamio openwork General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevitỳ Terms, published at http://www.jamio.com/condizioni-generali-fornitura-servizi). The specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract.

2. Definitions

For all definitions, please refer to Article 2 of the Conditions.

3. Subject and purpose of the document

The purpose of the Specific Conditions is to define the conditions, additional to or in derogation of the Conditions, for the provision of the Jamio Openwork Data Export service (hereinafter Data Export Service) through which the User may request the export of Archived Data.

4. Commencement and term

The Specific Conditions take effect upon activation of the Data Export Service and terminate upon delivery of the Data Export Service. Openwork reserves the right to modify or replace them several times during the course of the Contract in the manner described in Article 27.4 of the Conditions.

5. Service features.

5.1. SLA. Subject to the provisions of Art. 6 of the Conditions, the Data Export Service, provides for:
the possibility to export weekly or monthly (depending on the type of Data Export Service purchased) the Archived Data with the exception of the configuration data of the Services;
the structured data are exported in one or more XML files, the files are exported in the native format;
the exported data are made available for download in a time dependent on the amount of Archived Data;
the availability of the exported data is limited to one week from the notification of availability of the same.

6. Various

For matters not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
