A holistic approach to security must therefore be concerned not only with the security of systems but with fostering a culture of security and supporting, both with direct training actions and with suitable tools, the construction and management of secure information systems.
This is all the more true to the extent that so-called Citizen Developers, or end users, become active participants in the evolution of an information system through the use of no-code application development tools.
