SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY OF JAMIO PLUGS

1. Generalities

This document (hereinafter for brevity "Specific Conditions") is an integral part of the Contract concluded between Openwork and the Customer in the manner prescribed in Article 4 of the General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Jamio openwork services (hereinafter for brevity Conditions, published at https://www.jamio.com/en/general-conditions-for-the-provision-of-services/). The specific Conditions apply separately to each Contract.

2. Definitions

Where mentioned, the terms below shall, for the purposes of the Contract, have the meanings set out in the Jamio openwork Glossary.

3. Subject and purpose of the document

The purpose of the Specific Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of provision, additional to or derogating from the Terms and Conditions, of all Jamio Plugs listed herein, which add to the Jamio openwork Paas ancillary functionalities provided by external services and linked to specific uses or application domains. With regard to how Jamio Plugs are dispensed, please consult the dispensing conditions of the respective suppliers.

About the service features and delivery methods of Jamio Plug, please refer to the terms of delivery of the respective providers here .

5. Various

For matters not provided for in the Specific Conditions, the provisions of the Conditions apply.
