Jamio cloud platform lowcode nocode

MAGAZINE NO. 19 Covid-19: Italy's answer to enterprise digitization

The Covid-19 emergency in Italy has forced many companies to think about the transformation of the organizational structure as well as production, identifying digitization as a new priority.

Businesses are finding an initial response to the current crisis situation precisely in theinnovation of business processes: according to the Excelsior survey conducted by Unioncamere, in fact, there are more than 1 million that are planning digitization interventions in these months (about 75% of the universe of reference) with a growth +7% compared to the period before the health emergency (+91 thousand companies). The new investments focus mainly on strategic areas such as innovative organization of work and customer/supplier relations, integrated digital networks also favored by increased cloud deployment and use of big data.

At this historic moment, thousands of users in Italy continue to work from home thanks to the cloud technology of the Jamio openwork workflow management platform.

This is testified by Giuseppe Martinoli, CEO of Fiduciaria Giardini Spa, a company that has supported clients in the administration of corporate shares, financial assets and real estate since 1982:

"the solution created on the Jamio openwork cloud platform allowed our company to provide continuity of work by regularly managing the multitude of paperwork and documents exactly as it was already happening in our offices, enabling us to overcome pandemic issues and fully enable corporate smart working. In this way, each operator involved in individual procedures is proactively called upon to intervene in collaborative processes by completing the activities listed in their digital workplace."

But the added value of the platform does not lie solely in the digitization itself, as much as in the speed with which Jamio openwork enables enterprises to go digital.

With the "no-code" approach to application development, in fact, this technology allows organizations to rapidly start a digital transformation process with sustainable investments and low business risk. A strong, and all-Italian, response to a period full of uncertainty and sudden change.

The opportunities provided by Jamio openwork prove to be a valuable ally in this "New Normal" scenario, a checkpoint from which every company can start out on its own path of innovation and change.
