That of the lack of digital skills within companies is a recurring problem that, especially in Apulia, has been trying for some time now to bypass.
For this reason, starting next October, new graduates and young innovators will be given the opportunity to be able to participate in "Developer 4.0" training courses whose goal is to train (in less than two years) young resources and turn them into real IT professionals to be integrated into the labor market in a short time.
The courses in question, organized with the collaboration of Apulia Digital Maker and InnovaPuglia, aim to transfer knowledge and expertise especially in the areas of Cybersecurity, E-Health and Fintech thanks to the help of experts from companies associated with the Distretto Produttivo dell'Informatica Pugliese (Apulia Information Technology Productive District ) and that have contributed to the organization of this interesting training: Auriga, Eusoft, Exprivia, Loran, Links Management and Technology S.p.A, MTM Project srl, Openwork, Sidea Group and VidyaSoft.
Also through the same companies, moreover, it will be possible to carry out internship paths with the prospect of absorbing almost all of the trainees into their staffs.
"An important system initiative is being launched to create the professional figures that Apulian IT needs to continue to grow," said District and Openwork President Salvatore Latronico with satisfaction.
