Italy & Albania: a digital bridge to generate talent and IT skills

November 24, 2022

On November 22 and 23, a digital network promoted by the Apulian Information Technology Productive District was held in Korce and Tirana, Albania. The District, in light of the growing problem of skills shortage, believes it is essential not only to train skills on our territory but also to attract talent from outside the region by capitalizing on Puglia's geographical position, a bridge at the center of the Mediterranean.

To this end, in collaboration with University and the CIHEAM, the District has launched a number of initiatives that enable member companies to network outside the territory, as well as in foreign lands. The digital network meetings were attended by the president of the District and Openwork Salvatore Latronico, associates Exprivia, Parsec 3.26 srl, Eurologic s.r.l., Pirelli, Xenia, Eka, Advantech, and partners from Albanian universities.
