The voucher dedicated to SMEs for consulting an Innovation Manager is now a reality.
A decree has been approved by the Ministry of Economic Development granting SMEs the opportunity to take advantage of a voucher worth up to 40,000 euros to cover (up to 50 percent) of the costs incurred in consulting an expert in the processes of technological and digital transformation through the enabling technologies envisaged by the 'National Enterprise 4.0 Plan'.
So SMEs will soon be able to consult the roll of Innovation Managers that the MISE will make available in order to be able to "select" the useful professional or company to start Digital Transformation projects.
WHAT DOES AN INNOVATION MANAGER DEAL WITH?
He or she is a figure whose goal is to make important decisions about innovation by mediating between the needs of IT and the requests coming from the different business units, which may not even be exclusively about technology. This is a professional who not only knows the technologies but also has the soft skills needed to coordinate the need for innovation expressed by all departments in the company.
Thanks to the introduction of this figure now SMEs will be able to make some corrective actions and plan a real effective digital development plan in order to accelerate their Business and become more competitive in the market.
